Sometimes you just need that one day where you can completely chill out, eat whatever you want, and stay in pyjamas all day -guilt free.
Theres nothing I love more than a much-deserved pyjama day so heres a few ideas to schedule in your diary for your next day off.
- Listen to your favourite album/playlist/song on repeat.
- Light candles, get a hot drink and read your favourite book.
- Netflix marathon your favourite show or tv show you’ve been meaning to watch.
- Use apps such as Headspace, Calm, or even youtube for a guided meditation.
- Get yourself a colouring book and sit for even just 15 minutes.
- Take a hot bath with your favourite oils/salts/bath bomb.
- Start a journal and get your thoughts down on paper.
- Make a list of all the things in your life you’re grateful for.
- Have a break from social media and just use your phone when necessary.
- Grab your favourite blanket, snack, hot drink and watch your favourite movie of all time.
I hope you’ve got your next chill out day scheduled and plan to do at least one of these things. You can even just choose to do one of these things whenever you get a spare block of time.
Take time to do the things that make you happy/calm/relaxed – and don’t forget that you deserve a break!
