With 2018 goals still in progress theres so many books that you can read to keep you inspired and motivated. These are some of the books I’ve read in the last few months that I think would offer some inspiration.
1. Eat Pray Love – Already this is a pretty popular movie but I don’t think as many people have read the book which contains a lot more than the movie does. It’s a journey of self love and how Elizabeth Gilbert changed her life after realising how unhappy she had become. She explores different lifestyles and meets new people who help her on her journey. I think the strong message in this book is to let go of the things that no longer serve you and let the new people and opportunities in.

2. Mastering your Mean Girl – Melissa Ambrosini uses her own experiences to guide you away from the mean girl that inhabits your mind and into a different thought process. It’s all about our inner self talk and the way we talk to ourselves about ourselves. By using positive affirmations, mantras, and by listening to your heart and not your negative self talk, you can change your perceptions of yourself and change your world.

3. The Universe Has Your Back – On her evolving spiritual path Gabrielle Bernstein has written books to empower other people to join her. In this book she offers lots of guided meditations, mantras for you to use, and lots of lessons to living a great life full of happiness, joy and love. By believing in the universe you can visibly see the guidance and support that it sends you on a daily basis. You learn that everything happens for a reason and that once you shift into a loving mindset you attract more abundance into your life.
